I needed a good deal of exterior repairs to my home and met with many contractors for quotes. After meeting with Mike I knew I finally found the right company for my projects. They replaced and installed new soffits, identified a leak issue, installed new flashing, and more. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are very reasonably priced, reliable, easy to work with and are true professionals. It’s a huge relief to have found them and I plan on using them whenever I need work done. I am so happy that I chose A1 Construction to do my home renovations with. The project going on were amazing. They were there every step of the way and reassured me with any concerns that I had. I previously had windows installed by power, a well-known company and I was very disappointed with them.power’s customer service could never compare to what Long Island Construction has offered me. Our house needed siding for so long. Finally we were able to get our home done. Mike was very helpful and the workers were great. They finished in 2 days. I had never replaced a roof before, but the workers from a A1 Home Improvements business made the job easy and painless. He patiently and thoroughly described the steps his group will take to complete the task. He offered to speak with my insurance provider and work to have some additional storm damage covered. Finally, the project was finished quickly and on schedule. When other contractors declined to complete such a small task, he was also ready to come and assist with some additional siding. He is trustworthy and simple to work with. Strongly advise using A1 Construction.

From beginning to end, A1 Construction was outstanding! My house's roof, skylights, and gutters were recently replaced. Their workers completed my estimate and maintained excellent communication throughout. My one issue needed to be fixed, and their employees did it excellently and to my delight. I heartily endorse A1 Construction. They cost more than other businesses, but to me, it was worthwhile. Their job was excellent, and they have a terrific reputation. I'm grateful.

From the moment I met with A1 Home, I knew I had found the right company for the task at hand. I had a persistent basement water issue that we tried to repair from the outside a few times, to no avail. I decided that I needed a professional company to come and give me an honest assessment, and that's exactly what I got. The French drain project started and ended exactly when promised (3 days total) - a large crew came in like a small army, working in unison and with precision. All walking areas were covered with durable tarps, and all items were wrapped and covered in plastic. A1's crew were nothing but spectacular, and were overheard laughing and actually having some fun while they worked! Each step of the process was shown to me and I took lots of pictures to document the project for the future homeowners to see the high-quality work that was done. For what's a very messy kind of project, this has to be one of the neatest and cleanest crews in town - every day the workspace was left spotless, and at the end of day three, you wouldn't have know anyone had been working there except for the fresh concrete line around the perimeter. If you have a water issue, you don't have any other place to look other than A1 - and the price for the project was the best and I feel as though it was actually somewhat under-priced considering the amount of work that had to be done and the amount of crew on the job.
